Bilovit Anti-Mosquito Essential Oil - 1000 ml

Bilovit Anti-Mosquito Essential Oil blends six oils - citronella, tea tree, lemongrass, corn mint, lavender and thyme - into one herbal-citrus composition. It smells fresh and grassy, with a cooling mint accent over a herbal base. A few drops in a diffuser are enough to freshen up a room, terrace or sauna.

About the Product

A citrus-grassy opening of citronella and lemongrass, a cool minty heart, and a warm herbal base of thyme and lavender. This is a blend with a distinct character, not a background scent - it comes through from the first drop and lingers in the room long after the diffuser switches off.

Six oils combined in ready-measured proportions. No need to buy each one separately or guess how much of each to add so citronella does not overpower the rest.

• Lemongrass - a lemony sweetness that rounds off citronella's sharp edge

Pairs Well With

Combine it with eucalyptus, rosemary and cedarwood for a more woodland direction, or with bergamot for a brighter citrus edge.

Intended Use

For diffusers, nebulisers, oil burners and humidifiers. Works well outdoors on the terrace and in the sauna during summer. Once diluted in a carrier oil, it is also suitable for massage and skincare.

How to Use

Diffuser: 3-5 drops per 100 ml of water.
Oil burner: 2-3 drops per portion of water in the bowl.
Sauna: a few drops in the water poured over the stones.
Massage and skincare: dilute to a 1-2% concentration - 2-3 drops per 10 ml of carrier oil (almond, jojoba or grapeseed).

Precautions

Undiluted oil is highly concentrated. Before first use on skin, patch-test a small area of the forearm and wait 24 hours. Do not apply to skin that will then be exposed to sunlight.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Do not ingest. Not suitable for pregnant women or children under 6 years of age. Store in a tightly closed container, away from heat and light.
