Ziółko Ceylon Cinnamon Ground is finely ground bark of the Ceylon cinnamon tree (Cinnamomum verum) - the so-called true cinnamon. Unlike the more common cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia), the Ceylon variety has a milder, more refined flavour and a gentler aroma, along with naturally lower coumarin content.
