The fruit comes from controlled cultivation and is dried using a traditional method that preserves its natural colour and aroma. Free from preservatives, colourings, added sugar and lactose. Vegan. 50 g pack.

Ingredients:

100% black elderberry (Sambucus nigra).

Directions for use:

Pour a glass of hot water (approx. 200 ml) over 1 teaspoon of dried fruit. Leave to steep, covered, for 10–15 minutes, then strain. Honey or lemon juice may be added to improve the taste.
