Method of preparation:

Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water at a temperature of approximately 80°C (not boiling water) over the bag and leave to infuse for approximately 5 minutes. To bring out the full flavour, cover the container while brewing. You can enjoy the tea both hot and as a refreshing cold drink, ideal before a workout or during a busy day.
