Vitargo is a specially formulated, sugar-free barley starch with long molecular chains, developed for sports applications. In this formula, it is combined with a complex of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium) and is intended to be dissolved in water as a drink during intense training or competitions.

Suggested use:

Fill a shaker with 200 ml of water, add one serving (75 g = 6 tablespoons), shake vigorously for one minute. Top up the shaker with water to 750 ml.
As a sports drink during training/competition, a maximum of three servings is recommended.
If training/competition lasts longer than 2–3 hours, the manufacturer also recommends using Vitargo Electrolyte, particularly during the initial phase of exercise.
Usage/supplementation: the manufacturer recommends consuming 1 serving of the drink every hour during intense training.
