Vitaler's Vital Mushrooms, 6 Mushroom Extracts - 60 Capsules

Vitaler's Vital Mushrooms combine six mushroom extracts in one capsule: chaga, cordyceps, lion's mane, maitake, reishi and shiitake, 75 mg of each. Five are standardised to 40% polysaccharides and cordyceps to 50%, which gives 187.5 mg of polysaccharides per capsule. Apart from the extracts, the only other ingredient is the plant-based capsule shell. Suitable for vegans.

About the product

The blend puts the same six species Vitaler's offers individually into one serving, in smaller amounts: 75 mg of each extract instead of 400-500 mg. It suits anyone who prefers one capsule with several mushrooms to a single mushroom in a larger amount. Two of the species are culinary mushrooms (shiitake and maitake), two are hard, woody species that grow on trees (reishi and chaga), and the rest are lion's mane, with its soft spines, and high-altitude cordyceps. The label lists polysaccharides for each extract separately, without a separate beta-glucan figure.
