Vitaler's Probiotic 28 Strains with FOS combines 27 strains of lactic acid bacteria from the Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Lactococcus and Streptococcus genera with the yeast Saccharomyces boulardii. One capsule provides a total of 41 billion CFU together with 45 mg of fructooligosaccharides (FOS). Take one capsule daily with a meal, so one pack lasts 30 days. The capsule shell is plant-based, making the product suitable for vegans.
About the product
The most abundant strains in the blend are Lactobacillus acidophilus LA26 (8 billion CFU) and Bifidobacterium lactis BA68 (6.5 billion CFU); the remaining strains are present in amounts from 0.1 to 3 billion CFU. The full list with the amount of each strain is in the table below.
