Ingredients

Beta-alanine (85%); capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids)]. May contain: milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.

Suggested use

Take 1 capsule with 300 ml of water. Use 3 servings per day.

On training days: first serving in the morning upon waking, second serving 30 min before training, third serving immediately after training.
On rest days: first serving in the morning upon waking, second serving between meals, third serving before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Storage
