How to use:

Wash your hands thoroughly before use. Remove the pad from its individual packaging immediately before use to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Place the pad in your bra with the honeycomb texture facing your skin, centred over the nipple. Peel off the protective paper from the two adhesive strips on the outside of the pad and gently press the pad onto the bra to ensure a secure fit. Replace the pads regularly as soon as you feel moisture or every 3-4 hours to ensure hygiene and comfort. After use, dispose of the pad in a waste bin (do not flush down the toilet). For optimal hygiene, do not use the same pad for more than 3-4 hours.
