Nine Less Ever-Youth Dual Effect Eye Cream is a Korean eye cream with a dual action: tightening and caring. Magnesium aluminum silicate and sodium silicate take care of the tightening effect, smoothing the delicate skin around the eyes. Niacinamide and adenosine handle the care, smoothing fine lines and reducing the look of wrinkles over time.

The formula is completed with five forms of hyaluronic acid and ceramides EOP, NS, NP, AS and AP together with cholesterol and phytosphingosine, which help the skin hold on to moisture. The composition also includes plant extracts, among them evening primrose flower (Oenothera biennis), kudzu root (Pueraria lobata) and Houttuynia cordata, as well as the peptide sh-Oligopeptide-1.
