How to Use

Massage

For massage, mix 3-5 drops with one tablespoon of carrier oil (e.g. grapeseed oil, olive oil).

Bath

Add 10-15 drops to a tub of warm water, pouring into the stream of running water.

Sleep

Sprinkle a few drops on the corner of a pillow to support relaxation at bedtime.

Laundry

Add the aroma to laundry powder or sprinkle directly on clothes before washing.

Cleaning

Pour a few drops into a bucket of water when mopping floors for a fresh, pleasant scent.

Air Freshening

Soak a cotton pad and place it in the vacuum cleaner at the start of hoovering to fragrance the air.

Car

Sprinkle a few drops on the doormat at home or in your car; revive a dried car air freshener or refill an empty air freshener insert.
