Nanga Healthy Gut Blend - 500 g

Nanga Healthy Gut Blend is a powder of ground psyllium (Plantago psyllium) and ovata (Plantago ovata) seeds with husks, pau d'arco bark, milk thistle seeds and cayenne pepper, with added inulin. It contains no additives or fillers, is free from lactose, added sugar, sweeteners, preservatives, flavourings and colourings, and is suitable for vegans. Stir one heaped teaspoon into a glass of lukewarm water and drink it twice a day, between meals.

Seeds and husks of psyllium (Plantago psyllium) and ovata (Plantago ovata) contain plant mucilage, which swells in water and forms a thick drink.

Inulin is a soluble fibre from the fructan group.

Ingredients

Psyllium - ground seeds (Plantago psyllium), ovata - ground seeds and husks (Plantago ovata), pau d'arco - ground bark (Tabebuia impetiginosa), milk thistle - ground seeds (Silybum marianum), cayenne pepper (Capsicum annuum), inulin.

Directions for use

Pour 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 5 g) into a glass of boiled, lukewarm water and stir well. Leave for 3-4 minutes, stir again and drink it all.

Use twice a day, for example two hours after breakfast and two hours after lunch. Drunk first thing in the morning, the mixture may leave a feeling of fullness during the day.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Storage

Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of 0-25°C, out of reach of small children.
