Oil from fresh fish caught off the coast of Norway (anchovy, sardine, mackerel), natural orange flavor, contains less than 0.5% of the following ingredients: antioxidant blend (natural mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract).

Directions for use

Adults: 1 teaspoon (5 ml), 1 to 2 times daily with a meal. After opening, refrigerate and use within 100 days.
