About the product

Produced in Ukraine, the jelly is based on apple juice concentrate (78.2%), with pear juice and a touch of lemon juice added. Apple and pear give a mild sweetness, while lemon adds a light tartness. All the sweetness comes from fruit juices alone.

The chewy texture comes from agar, a plant-based gelling substance made from seaweed. This makes the jelly suitable for vegans and vegetarians, unlike gelatin-based sweets. Each piece is individually wrapped, so it is easy to take one to a lunchbox or backpack.
