Suggested use:

Stress prevention: Take 1 capsule with water. Take once daily for one month.
Chronic stress: take 1 capsule with water. Take twice daily for 15 days.
Severe stress: take 2 capsules with water. Take twice daily on the day before and on the day of severe stress.
