How to use:

Apply 1-1.5 cm of toothpaste to your toothbrush and brush your teeth thoroughly for 3-5 minutes. Brush your teeth 2-3 times a day. Rinse your mouth with water after brushing. Avoid eating and drinking immediately after brushing to allow the nanoparticles to be absorbed.
