Sadvit Exclusively Black Elderberry 100% is a cold-pressed black elderberry juice with no added sugar. It has a deep, almost ink-dark color and a rich, slightly spiced flavor with a tart finish. No preservatives or colorings, in a tap pouch.

About the product

Sadvit is a family-run juicery from Magierowa Wola near Warka, Poland, making juices only from fruit and vegetables - no water, sugar or flavor enhancers.

The pouch contains only black elderberries, cold-pressed using the NFC method and pasteurized. No water, sugar or concentrate.

The taste is dark and slightly spiced, with a tart finish - closer to wild berries than to sweet juices. The color is so intense that a single spoonful can tint a whole glass of water. About 1.7 kg of fruit goes into every liter of juice, so a 1.5 L pouch holds over 2 kg of fruit.

The tap pouch inside the carton holds 1.5 liters, or six 250 ml servings. The tap keeps air out, so once opened the juice stays fresh for 21 days instead of two.

How to use

Storage

Store in a dry, shaded place at a temperature of 2 to 20°C. Once opened, the juice stays fresh for 21 days, as long as the tap stays covered in juice and no air gets into the pouch. If air does get in, use the juice within 24 hours.
