L-arginine HCl 18%, micronised creatine monohydrate 17%, L-citrulline 15%, beta-alanine 12%, acid (malic acid), L-leucine 6.2%, thickener (xanthan gum), bulking agent (polydextrose), L-tyrosine, flavourings, anticaking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), L-ascorbic acid, L-isoleucine 1.5%, L-valine 1.5%, anhydrous caffeine 1.5%, acid (citric acid), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), nicotinic acid, colours (tartrazine, Allura Red AC), pyridoxine HCl, thiamine mononitrate. Allura Red AC, tartrazine: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Produced in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and food ingredients containing sulphur dioxide.

Directions

Mix 1 serving (20 g = 2 Scoops) of powder with 300-400 ml of water in a shaker and drink approximately 15 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

High caffeine content - 300 mg per serving (120 mg/100 ml). Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with cardiovascular conditions or high blood pressure, or those sensitive to caffeine. Not recommended for individuals who are ill or taking medication. Contains colours (tartrazine, Allura Red AC) which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
